rusty trash bin loud music
the hotel organized a surprise for my husband and son for their birthday the staff from the executive lounge were amazing and helpful.
i found the room condition disappointing it looked basic and old with a rusty trash bin furthermore our premium panoramic room faced a stadium with people in tents under the window not the harbor view i expected the bar had loud music bad cocktails and a strange reservation system requiring a deposit even for hotel residents.
